Terms and Conditions

Procedures to order
1) Please browse through our products.

2) Click on the 'Add to Cart' link which is found under every item code to select the item that you want to purchase.

3) Click on the 'Continue Shopping' if you want to purchase more. Else click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. If you have the PayPal account just log in to PayPal account to pay. See the bottom left side “Don't have a PayPal account? Use your Credit Card or bank account (when available)” click continue button to key in the detail as requested. If you don’t have a PayPal account or Credit Card/Debit Card, please kindly forward your order (including the code number of the item required) and send your order to our email address.

4) Upon receiving your order and payment details, we will forward you confirmation email within 3 working days. You will be notified via email if the required item were out of stock.
5) We will send your product within 3 working days when we sent our 2nd confirmation email notifying you.

Delivery Policy
1) Order will be delivered within 3 days once the payment is received & confirmed.
2) All items will be inspected before packed and delivered through the Normal Postage Mail services. Additional charges will be applied to the Courier mail services if client required.

3) For foreign order, there will be additional charges for the Courier mail services or Registered mail services and the cost is depending on the weight of the products. This will be informed to client and agreed before delivered.
4) We will not bear any responsibility for any damages, delay or lost during postal transit, regardless via normal or registered mail.
5) Our responsibility ends at the point of time when we have sent your item out.

Payment Policy
1) Payment is to be made within 3 days (72 hours) in Brunei Dollars (BND) upon receiving the first confirmation (or payment advise) email from us regarding stock availability.
2) We reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice if payment is not received within 3 days. Only upon receipt of payment will the order then be processed.
3) By shopping with us, you are agreeing to all the Terms & Conditions stated.
4) Customers are advised to check the confirmation order carefully as we will not entertain any changes or alterations to your order once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

Exchange Policy
All items are checked and inspected to make sure that they are in good condition before they are sent out thus all products sold are not returnable.

Cancellation Policy
1) No cancellations/refunds/exchanges will be entertained once payment has been made from you.
2) If we do not receive your payment within 3 days after the payment advice has been sent out via email, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
